Since beginning my law practice, I have worked extensively with businesses and businesspeople in both transactional and litigation matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, securities fraud, partnership/shareholders issues, contract compliance and breach issues, real estate development, labor matters, risk assessment, collections and a broad range of deal negotiation and drafting. I have also been involved in setting up corporate structures, drafting and negotiating employment contracts, commercial leases, and documents for all types of domestic and international transactions, as well as acting in the role of general counsel for small to medium-sized businesses.  Currently, my business and commercial law practice is 50% transactions and 50% litigation.
